• Booking and Payment
  • Venue Availability: The availability of the event space is subject to change and is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date and time.
  • Reservation Confirmation: A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve your date(s) and time(s). $300 of the deposit is nonrefundable, if cancelled. You will have up to 6 months to reschedule on dates that are available. The deposit is refundable within 24 hours after the venue is inspected and there are no damages. Please note the deposit is in addition to the total rental fee.
  • Rental Fees: Rental fees are based on the duration of the event and are outlined in our pricing list. Full payment of the rental fee is due two weeks prior to the event date.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional hours beyond the agreed rental period will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. There may also be additional charges for add-on services or equipment.
  • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, a minimum loss of $300 will be incurred. Cancellations made within 6 months of the event date can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Use of Event Space
  • Set-Up and Clean-Up: The host and/or their vendors are responsible for setting up and cleaning the event space within the allocated rental time. If the space is not left in its original condition, additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Decorations: Decorations are permitted within the event space, with the exception of rice, glitter, and confetti. The host is responsible for communicating the decoration guidelines to all individuals involved.
  • Prohibited Activities: Any illegal or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited within the event space. The host is responsible for ensuring that all attendees adhere to these guidelines.
  • Damage and Liability: The host is liable for any damage caused to the event space or its property during the rental period. The host must report any damages immediately. Studio 75 Event Space reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
• Responsibilities of Studio 75 Event Space
  • Venue Condition: Studio 75 Event Space will provide the event space in a clean and well-maintained condition.
  • Safety: Studio 75 Event Space will ensure that the venue complies with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
  • Assistance: Our staff will be available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding the event space during the rental period.
  • Service Providers: Studio 75 Event Space may recommend third-party service providers (catering, pastry, floral, DJ), but is not responsible for their services or any agreements made between the host and these providers.
• Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All content on the Studio 75 Event Space website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Studio 75 Event Space and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Restrictions: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the content on the website without prior written permission from Studio 75 Event Space.
• Disclaimer
  • Liability: Studio 75 Event Space is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your use of the event space, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio 75 Event Space is located.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By accessing our website or booking our event space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or book our event space.
