At Studio 75 Event Space, we offer flexible rental options to accommodate your event needs. All rentals include a range of amenities such as tables, chairs, Bluetooth speaker with microphone, mini kitchenette and bar access, ample parking, and free Wi-Fi. The rental duration is a minimum of 4 hours, and a security deposit of $300 is required to secure the date. Please note that a $200 nonrefundable fee applies to cancellations at any time. The remaining deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the venue inspection, provided there are no damages. Renters are responsible for the setup and breakdown within the allotted time. We offer different pricing options for weekday and weekend rentals, with additional hours available for setup or breakdown. For events serving liquor, a certified security or Richland County Special Duty Officer and licensed bartender are required. As a token of appreciation, we offer a 10% discount for military and first responders. To book, confirm the date, review and sign our rental agreement, and submit the deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event, or full payment for last-minute bookings made within two weeks of the event date. Please refer to our cancellation policy, allowing clients a 1-year grace period to reschedule events from the date of cancellation.
